Meet Gwen:
Hello, I’m Gwen, a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner with nearly 25 years of experience supporting women’s wellness. Yoga has been a lifelong passion, offering not just movement, but emotional balance, clarity and a deep connection to self.
Alongside yoga, my path has led me to become a Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, and Spiritual Companion. Each modality adds a layer to the nurturing, intuitive care I offer.
Now, I’m thrilled to co-create The Nourished Soul with Clare, a space where women can reconnect, restore, and nourish every part of themselves.
